Training Area no. 99: Cloud Hights

A pathway of clouds leads up to one huge cloud that is Training Area no. 99. Up here, many kinds of birds/creatures live, along with the Dragon Summons of the Senoku Clan. Make a contract with them, and forever be gifted with one of the most powerful summons.
